From the pages of Playboy, to supermodel runways, to the WWE wrestling rinks, come the gorgeous women who are admired by many. Surprisingly, a number of them got into the industry by accident. Some were university students,

The Playboy logo
No Playboy sexy poster would be complete without its famous logo, the tuxedo-clad rabbit. The bunny was designed for the magazine's second issue, but continued to appear on every subsequent issue. Hugh Hefner admitted he chose the rabbit as a mascot for its "humorous sexual connotation", and because the image was "frisky and playful".
Carmen Electra
Carmen Electra has an Irish father and a German and Native American (Cherokee) mother. After moving to California, she met singer Prince, who persuaded her to change her name to Carmen Electra. After a short-lived rap career, Electra started appearing in Playboy magazine and on various television programs, including Baywatch. She was briefly married to Dennis Rodman, and later had an affair with Tommy Lee. In 2003, Electra married Dave Navarro, with whom she appeared on an MTV reality show.
Brooke Burke
A native of Tucson, Arizona, Brooke Burke has Irish, French and Portuguese ancestry. The UCLA graduate signed with top modeling agencies, and later appeared in prominent television commercials. Burke gained fame after appearing in Maxim and posing nude in Playboy. She named one of her three daughters after her friend and former Playmate Neriah Davis.
Elle Macpherson
The Australian supermodel is famous around the world for her cover photos on the magazine Sports Illustrated. Nicknamed "The Body," Elle is six feet tall. She became an international star through her appearances in the magazine ELLE for six straight years and was featured nude in Playboy magazine. In 1999, she had an acting role in five episodes of the tv show Friends as Joey's roommate. She is the first living Australian entertainer to be put on a postage stamp in her home country.
WWE
Finally, what would a line of sexy posters be without including some of the women of WWE? Trish Stratus is the first woman in WWE history to have won the WWE Women's Championship seven times. She is also one of only four women to have held the WWE Hardcore Championship. After accepting a job at a local gym, the Canadian native yielded to her peers' urging to become a fitness model for Muscle Magazine.
